Uncovering hidden talent and solving client hiring challenges across a variety of industries and functions, her secret sauce is getting to the heart and soul of what matters most to her clients and candidates.

With this lens, Helene has framed a career on both sides of the recruiting desk. For 10 years she led “in-house” global talent acquisition for companies such as Wunderman Thompson, VMLY&R Commerce (then Geometry), and MRY, building the Talent Acquisition function at each company into well-oiled machines. She was known for mining for great talent, developing trusted relationships, and delivering best-in-class candidates to every hiring manager along the way.

Helene launched her career in recruiting with Gundersen Partners, a preeminent boutique executive search firm specialized in marketing, rising to the position of Managing Director. During her 10-years with Gundersen, Helene established a highly successful marketing services practice focused on placing senior executives in corporate, agency, consultancy, and non-profit roles.

Helene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Union College. She is a member of CHIEF, a private network for the most powerful women in leadership, and a member of Allies in Recruiting (AIR), a collective of advertising, marketing, and tech recruiters who educate our community to create a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable creative industry.
